1, vegetable basin faucet structure and principle:

The tap of the vegetable basin is mainly composed of a spiral valve core, and mainly relies on the rotation of the valve rod to generate a displacement through the thread to achieve the effect of opening and closing of the water inlet hole.

2, bathroom basin faucet structure and principle:

Ceramic valve works:

In general, the bottom of the ceramic valve plug consists of three holes. One of the two holes is used to enter and exit the cold water, the other is used to enter and exit the hot water, and the remaining one is used to discharge the water inside the valve plug.

The cold and hot holes of the faucet valve core have seal rings to ensure that the oblique street of the main body is in a sealed state. After the cold and hot water inlet pipes are connected, the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe line correspond to the two holes of the valve core. The spool mainly controls the opening and closing state of the two holes, relying on the movement of the ceramic plate to work.
